ESTV Soroksar is a television channel of the XXIII. district of Budapest, broadcasting local public life, politics and culture. Our mission is to cover and offer credible information to our community, and report on educational, cultural, health and public safety news of the district. We strive to reach the widest possible audience; therefore our digital programming is available in Budapest and Pest County.
